FYI the live chat person says they cannot help with Ping verifications. It also doesn't help that gmail classifies the Ping authentication request as spam.
How come when I do a search "eg PS5" I get results that show a Buy Now price, but clicking on the listing there is no Buy Now option available? e.g. right now that search shows "Sony ps5 brand new" in Taranaki with Reserve Not Met and Buy Now of $900, but the Buy Now isn't actually available if you click through.
