The Quick Relist is not working, neither for individual items or in bulk. i've tried this again daily. The only way to relist is to go into the individual item and list it again.

Yes, my thought exactly! If it's a big issue, why has it taken months to fix? 

It's (YET ANOTHER) bug in the system. My listings show zero watchers (which I know is untrue) so I can't offer fixed price offers. Clearly the bug hasn't been fixed...with most of them. I seriously question WTF TradeMe is doing!
