Yep, anything that looks like a bag is fine, including reused courier bags, thicker carrier bags, card or paper envelopes or bags (if strong enough for item & item won't get damaged if left in the rain). Can always fold down a bag to fit the paid dimensions too with sticky tape.For larger bags, look at Pass the Parcel, who have a more generous weight limit & no thickness limit (10cm on TM Book a Courier).

Far easier, just 1 page to setup a listing, not heaps of 'Next, next, next, next, next, next, next, next'.Also easy to start or stop an item.

Another example of why the feedback doesn't work as intended. Facebook did have the same issue, but they changed their feedback, so now you can't leave negative feedback for tyre kickers & time wasters. You are encouraged to report them for droping communication or not completing trades. After X reports, they get banned from marketplace.

I haven't had time to check this morning, but last night it was quoting me for sig & non sig for both Aramex and NZ Post. Sig req is usually a little more, but still a set price, not willy-nilly. Haven't had any 'we have problems' emails from either courier either this week. So really don't know what else to suggest to check on your end.

I checked all my Aramex pricing last night & upon booking, I got all the same prices I've had since the last price adjustment. So does seem strange. So I wonder if you are getting quotes from the casual listing page (which is usually wrong) or getting the signature required option only on the actual booking page.

Also consider Pass the Parcel once you cleared your NZ Post bags. Nothing wrong with a combination of TM book a courier and Pass the Parcel (PTP). Often PTP is cheaper for rural addresses.

Best to create you're own accounts with NZ Post, Aramex, Pass the Parcel etc, then you can have a reliable quote every time. However they do change their pricing more often with 'fuel allowances' etc.NZ Post biz account is sometimes cheaper then via TM.Aramex needs a $50 credit preloaded & is usually more then via TM.Pass the Parcel are pay as you go & consistent on pricing.As for the Book a courier service, sometimes you have to keep repeating the booking at intervals to get the quoted service to appear. Yes they can still give feedback. But If they ignored all other emails via TM, like payment instructions & refund requested, then they'll prob ignore the 'place feedback' one too. But you never know. Expect something retaliatory if you do place anything yourself
