I bought a book for $21.98 early in June but it never arrived - they sent an excuse which went into my junk mail - then when I emailed them they said it would arrive in September but that was too late so I requested a refund which did not come so emailed them again - finally the refund arrived 24th August.    I see that same book is now on TradeMe for $41 - but if they can't send me one previously why are they advertising it again -   I just cant find where to complain - and also at the site where you can make comments after winning the article it does not appear at all - so how did that ha...
