I don't know what KP reference numbers are, but I'm having problems booking NZPost courier for Te Kamo addresses. Weirdly for such a small town I've sold two items there in a week. Both times the address is as per https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder but both rural & urban NZ Post prices come up and when I select the urban one and go to complete the booking I get an error message saying the address is wrong, I need to exit the booking tool and to go to https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder then try again.
