50bmg. Um, no. If you issue a full refund, then Trademe gets nothing beyond having the money wander into their system and the exact same amount leave the same day. The act of issuing a PING refund also reverses the appropriate fee charge on your account.

Twizel is an example where Aramex view it as rural and CourierPost do not. I now annotate my shipping to be "Aramex, nationwide, not their rural addresses " etc and also in my payment instructions list an address checker for the courier companies.
