I received negative feedback on my trade because my customer was unhappy with the trade. I offered a refund on the same day the parcel arrived, and she told me that she was unhappy (Monday). MY unhappy costumer replied that MY REPLY IS TOO LATE, SHE DONATED THE CURTAINS TO CHARITY! I could not reply on Wednesday because I was away and had no internet. I offered my buyer a refund if she returns the item. She asked if I would cover the postage on Tuesday, and I replied on Thursday (I was away and had no internet), so she told me that my reply was too late (1 day) and that she had donated the item to charity. She gave me negative feedback. What else can you do? Then offer a refund, and I was also going to pay for the postage. 1 day later, she had already donated it to charity????
