Perhaps I've just misunderstood. The email says my item has sold and to contact the buyer to finalise the details of the trade but not given me the option to send my payment instructions nor shown me how they managed to win the auction without choosing either of the payment options I had given. I've decided to contact the buyer directly to sort, will go from there. Is this normal? I haven't had this issue in the past before.
I just sold an auction with only payment options as Ping and Afterpay. Never had issues with these options before, but this one just says to send the item without telling me how they paid for it. Anyone else have this issue? I checked my Afterpay statement and Ping transactions - nothing in either. Is my only option to send a bank account manually now?
