Michael   So you're saying sellers would only be able to charge the cost of the courier ticket?  no extra for packaging? "If multiple carriers were selected, the buyer could see which option costs more anyway."  So we give the buyers the choice of choosing the cheapest option for them which isn't necessarily the best one for their address? I think you are making it way more complicated than it needs to be.

But will TM listen to the useful comments above?  As Flossy63 has said... we are all different and operate our businesses differently.  What works for one does NOT work for another.  Please listen TM.

That no PO Boxes should just be for pick ups.  Like Yvonne I've been delivering to PO Boxes from the beginning of BAC until I got a courier account about 6 months ago.

Stefanie  My advice based on your post above... don't offer standard post.  Courier is as cheaper if not cheaper these days and so much easier and faster to deliver and recoup losses from if needed.  I have only had 1 parcel not make it to it's destination in the last 18 months and I was very easily paid out for the loss. Also don't offer bank deposit, it's not needed as ping covers internet banking, debit and credit cards.  It makes selling sooo much easier and faster.  No waiting for deposits to show and having to follow up when they don't.  What other website can you buy from without pay...

Robyn  The only ones it won't update is the MQLs that have had a sale on them since the last relist, but manually wouldn't have updated them either.

Robyn  You shouldn't need to open up all auctions to update them in MP.  Use the bulk editor, select all and then scroll to the bottom of the bulk editor menu, choose listing footer, add a full stop somewhere (any minor change will do) then click on update all current listings. ETA: it will update all listings that are actually listed and all not listed as well.

Yvonne  Yes you are right, it was easy before they decided to change the layout 2-3 years ago then it got messy and complicated.  I guess the last new owners have a different (read other words that I can't use in here) way of doing things that don't include being user-friendly.

Callum  I am in a large city and I have never had anything delivered in the same day and my courier picks up between 8-9am mostly.  When I put in the details as if I was filling in the template for real I never got a 1-2 day option. Lucy  can we please get a definition of economy, express and standard as per these new templates.  I haven't been able to find one in the help pages.

I've found other options that TM haven't taken into account with these changes. I only have one rate on each listing plus the $0 combined rate.  My one rate covers Urban, PO Boxes AND Rural.  I can't see where you can have just one rate without it saying either Urban OR Rural.  I suppose I'll have to put $5.50 urban and then another line as $5.50 rural.  Another problem is that you can't specify PO Boxes are okay.   I don't use BAC so the words economy, express, standard are meaningless for me.  All my shipping is 1-3 days but there isn't an option for that without using one of those words ...
