Yes, I have been trying to contact Trademe but I keep going round and round in circles. There is no form to complete to put in a complaint

How does a person make a complaint to Trademe about an unethical trader who is listing the same item under multiple listings? I have tried to contact Trademe but go round and round in a frustrating death spiral of questions that lead a person nowhere. Obviously, Trademe doesn't want to supply any type of service, just collect high fees.
