Recently sold a $200 item and sent via nz post in the trademe app. The item showed as delivered a few days later but some time later I got a message from the buyer saying he had not received it and had already lodged a claim with nz post. He had told them he couldn’t believe the seller wouldn’t use signature required (wasn’t requested) nz post had told him it was delivered to his address but he needed to contact the seller for more info.
