Hi Gina. Unfortunately this problem is down to Trade Me. Back in July they decided that as from September 30th we wouldn't have the choice of inserting free text when creating our shipping templates ie I could list options for Aramex AND Courier Post. We now have to use their templates - the idea being that it would give buyers more clarity around shipping - ie cost and duration. Although we select the couriers when creating the templates the couriers do not show on the live listing, so we have a selection of different options with no courier shown!
