The factory in question I forgot to add, is in the UK.  You would have to be pretty naive to believe that they send their top end expensive goods across the planet in that condition.  People get to be good at what they do for a number of reasons.  Being careful of their brand is only one of them. cheers

I still don't have an answer re my post.  The comment above does not explain how someone might know what I am watching.  How they know who I bought from BEFORE I receive it - I don't give feedback until after I get something except on very rare occasions.  And if I am not using my actual name how would they know???  I think someone in trademe is trying to wriggle out of this.  Even if someone got hold of my user name it does not explain that interception between watching buying and the item's arrival here.  The last two things I have received from a trader were opened before they came to me...

if it were a genuine mistake I was going to leave it but given the attitude and rudeness I deleted it and have blacklisted this seller.

it doesn't change to another address it just rearranges mine (when it happens)  Recently it took Rd off so then the post shop told the trader they could not track it because the address did not have a Rd on it.  I have put it back on but this fiddling has happened several times in the past year.

My Father was a manufacturer.  The manufacturers NEVER send out anything in an opened box.  The box was in good condition.  The damage did not happen in the box.  I was told the box came from the factory opened.  With other lies and obstructive attitude.  There is a reason why you have factory sealed boxes...
