This is going to perpetuate so much fraud by buyers,ive lost count of the amount of times ive had buyers claim an item wasnt as described,not working or faulty in some way and when they are told to return the item at my cost and once received and there if there is the isdue they decribed i will refund them in full including return postage and then i never hear ftom them,now under the new system they will just be able to lodge a dispute and get refunded and then the seller is left not only out of pocket with no item as well as out of pocket for shipping costs,stuff like this could have a s...
this is a total money grab by trademe and a kick in the teeth for intrade sellers,especially the smaller ones that are struggling to survive in the current econony,,as a intrade seller i pay a success fee based on the sale value whicjh i dont mind as i use the site to sell,but im also forced into paying a fee on my shipping cost which is totally uncalled for as trademe is not involved in my packing and shipping process at all and now we are being forced to accept ping payments so now trademe feels justified in charging in trade sellers 3 sets of fees,trademe should be supporting its intra...
The removal of this option in the new look trademe makes things really difficult,im selling a lot of stuff and now can not access the feedback to place option which will make it really difficult to keep track of what trades have been completed and which ones are still outstsnding. Another weird thing i just noticed is that when i went into the community posts area i was logged in to my personal trademe profile,but at the top of the page its saying im logged in under my intrade profile even though i never switched profiles
