I have been reading a story on Stuff about people getting scammed on here. I noted that the person took Trade Me to the Disputes Tribunal  and won, Has anyone else done this ?

What do people think about people who purposely over charge for post costs ? I purchased an item the seller quoted $15 for post but when it arrived cost on the label was $8.50 ! he said the box last cost $2.50 but this is still only $11 overcharged by $4 !. The sellers attitudes was stop whinging , what option do you have for blasé people like this other than to post appropriate feedback.
