This has happened to me several times. I found the only answer was to contact Trade Me on Live Chat and ask them to remove the "exception" on your email address. Cheers.
Happened to me too. Didn't know about the sale until I got an email from the buyer. I found the sold item in the Unsold Items page complete with buyer's details!
Hi, the drafts can be deleted! Click on EDIT near top right, put ticks in the boxes on the right of each draft, go back to top and click DELETE in red. Cheers.

Often if you copy and paste the traders name you end up with a space in front of the name. Check for that. Cheers.

The phone number requirement is optional so just delete whatever is in that box and continue with your Ping purchase. Cheers.
