Sorry for the above, my son Cameron had logged into his trademe account on my computer and I didn't realise, the comment above was from Jane

I just checked my account and yes, I see there is a refund there so it looks like it must be a glitch but still best to keep a look out if you are expecting a fee refund.....

I have also just noticed a "refund denied" and written to question this, I don't understand how it can suddenly start happening and not have been rectified as these complaints started 2 days ago?
