Hi team, I can specify a Time (optional) and that process works as expected. But when I edit a listing where a selected time has been specified, it doesn't display my time and instead just whatever would be the default day/time. This means I have to check the listing outside of editing it to confirm what the time slot is and whether I want to change it. I know my time is set in the listing as specified but it's a bit odd proceeding through with the default time displayed. This occurs whether editing in Chrome or Firefox on a Windows PC or using the app on the Samsung phone. Would be good if...
Hi team One for the suggestion box - unless it's already in the queue - would be a button on the Pictures tab to remove all of the existing pictures, particularly when creating a new listing using Sell Similar. Currently, it's necessary to select and delete each picture individually. Or at least it is for me on the website using Firefox on Windows 11. Not a major issue or anything, but it's just a little inconvenient when there are a lot of pictures to work through. Thanks
Hi, this is still occurring. I list my items as "Pick-up available". But when I view the item again it has defaulted to "No pick-up". This occurs with all of my items. I only use the website now to create and edit items as there are a variety of other bugs with the app. But editing without saving on the app shows the item as "No pick-up". Likewise, the listing itself shows the sale as no pick-up even though I create and re-edit the listing to be "Pick-up available". This is very frustrating and I've started noting in the listings that pick-up is available if required. I really don't want to...
Not causing a problem, but just in case it's one of those minor bugs to check/fix. When I view the Account details page in a browser - any browser Chrome, Edge and Firefox for example - it incorrectly reports View 1 listings. When I click on it to view listings, it takes me to the Items I'm Selling page which correctly displays the number of listings (5). Thanks
Admin: You should be able to validate that without my falling through your script. It's either a bug post-upgrade that's simple to confirm or it's a me issue. Not seeing others report it. Update: I was able to adjust the shipping requirements in the app, but those auctions now show status "Buyer must pickup from..." - the courier option is shown - while the setting for the auction is correctly set as "Buyer can pickup..." This is showing on my current auctions. Anyone else seeing inconsistent Shipping settings?
Update: Still unable to set in a browser on Windows, but able to enable in the Android app.
I've created multiple auctions today and as part of their setup, have changed the pick-up option from the default 'No pick-up' to 'Pick-up available'. During a subsequent edit of an auction, I noticed it was set to 'No pick-up' again and thought I must have made a mistake. When I then double-checked, it was still set to 'No pick-up'. The others were set as the same. The selection change is accepted and the auction saved/updated, but it and the others revert back to the default. I've changed browser, etc but get the same result.
