I have a couple of auctions that I have listed that I have had watchers that "watch" every week for months and months.  The items are ones that will only be bought by those who have a special interest in them.  I have reduced the price to the point that I won't go any lower as well as offering these items to these watchers at a fixed price - all of which they haven't bothered to decline, they just let expire and then watch again as soon as it is relisted.  They continue to watch and it does my head in to the point that I have actually removed the items from sale.  At one point, I blackliste...
