First of all, it is hugely frustrating Trademe dont have any humans working there!! I am posting because a stupid bot couldnt get a heck of what I wanted! I sold an item but soon it was cancelled by the buyer so I refunded. I was charged $5.33 plus ping. After the refund,  my account balance remained minus $5.33 for reasons I wouldnt know. and when the next sale happened - that 5.33 was taken off my payment!!! Jeeezz, I have been charged twice! When I tried to contact Trademe there was no contact line at all! And a stupid bot came up and ruined my day! Please advise how do I get my money ba...
