Within 15 minutes of the trade (around 1.30am), customer cancelled the trade and wanted money back so I refunded through Trademe. True they have returned $5.33 back to my account but since then my Ping a/c remained negative $5.33. And when the next trade happened they gobbled up 5.33 again, which means trademe owe me that amount because they did NOT send the sale proceeds to my ban account which usually happens after 3pm each day. First of all, it is hugely frustrating Trademe dont have any humans working there!! I am posting because a stupid bot couldnt get a heck of what I wanted! I sold an item but soon it was cancelled by the buyer so I refunded. I was charged $5.33 plus ping. After the refund, my account balance remained minus $5.33 for reasons I wouldnt know. and when the next sale happened - that 5.33 was taken off my payment!!! Jeeezz, I have been charged twice!
