Can it be done from an iPhone iOS or do I have to go onto a PC because it’s not showing that option??

I want to remove negative feedback on a seller I placed the feedback on. We came to a neutral agreement to remove feedback on each other an leave things there!! So can you remove the negative feedback I placed  Edited in line with Community guidelines
