    Yes TradeMe are updating their features.The only problem is they haven't fixed known issues for many,many months & they appear to be in no hurry !

    Thanks Callum.Looks like I will have to try & change/delete the feedback doing it your way as the buyer is now ghosting me.Going by the incoherent feedback + the email I received from them there's no chance they'll be able to work out how to do it by using the instructions my fellow members have sent me.I have sent them a couple of emails with basic ways of doing it but I haven't heard back.

    Thanks for your help.Once it's stop pending I'll copy & paste these links & will send to the buyer.I managed to work it out myself in the end & sent instructions to the buyer but I suspect the buyer won't understand as they're new to this site & going by the feedback they gave me might struggle to comprehend !

    Recently I sold an item & I refunded the buyer the excess payment they made as they chose the rural option rather than urban.I emailed them & told them I had done this & that I had booked a courier for the next day to pickup their package.Anyway not long after the courier picked up I received a negative feedback as they confused my refund as a full refund & I wasn't sending their item ! Anyway I let them know that they made a mistake even though they should have known a courier had picked up as the booking confirmation with tracking details is sent automatically.They eventually emailed me t...

    TradeMe once contacted me after 3 months to say a buyer was unhappy with the goods they bought.I thought surely they couldn't pressure me into refunding the buyer after all this time.But no I was wrong they kept putting the pressure on me to contact the buyer so I did & got them to send back the item in which I refunded them in full once returned.So in answer to whether you are still protected after 45 days then my answer is YES you are especially if you hound TradeMe for a refund.The funny thing about it they wouldn't have had any way of knowing who the seller was if I hadn't left feedback...

    I tried to use Ishipping once & I had more issues than what TradeMe is experiencing at the moment with their glitches.

    Once I have made a few successful bookings I keep getting "error messages please exit the book a courier and try again".And no matter what I do it doesn't allow me to continue.I have found the only way to get it to work again is to clear my data/cookies e.t.c. on my laptop & it's away again.Once again this new "improved site" makes my life harder,not easier.Why is TradeMe making every thing messy when the old format worked fine for years ! And it's now April 2025.We were told by TradeMe & the ones who help here on this "chat" that the problems they do know about will be fixed early in 2025....

    No it isn't just you Heather.It's been happening to me as well quite alot.This has happened more since they moved to a so called "new improved" book a courier option.The more they change the more glitches there appears to be !!!

    Over six months ago this problem was reported so TradeMe have known about it since then & still haven't done anything about it ! I find it unbelievable that a business has nox fixed a known glitch which affects sales for many months.Think of all the sales that have gone begging as sellers have not been able to offer fixed price offers & yet we are told to wait during the interim & in the mean time we are to save auction numbers so that we can find it post auction.Talk about the dark ages !

    I have checked several of my auctions & they all have the tick box checked with the footer message which is in my Settings page which of course is also ticked.But the footer message doesn't appear at all on any of my 600 + listings.I can't experiment with one listing ending shortly as I'm going away for a week on monday week & I don't want to relist till I get back.I certainly will stay away from the CSV option as my knowledge on these things is poor.I'll have to get in touch with TradeMe as in the past I have managed to load the footer successfully when I was using it a few years ago.Thank...
