It's all in the help pages for you. https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360007263391-Learn-about-the-item-and-the-seller#In-person%20viewings%20for%20general%20items
Hi Tony. We had the same issue a while ago and found the pixel size you have shown was too large. We took it down to the next size range and found they loaded fine. Perhaps the help page needs an extra note to say there is a too large size as well. Good luck :)
Hi Kim. If the seller has found the item is faulty and it hasn't been sent yet I would count that as a lucky save. Have you paid?? If you haven't paid, very easy to say ok, a bit disappointed but thanks for letting me know and just move on. If you have paid ask for a refund quickly. It doesn't make much difference if they are selling for someone else, happens sometimes :) Have a good Christmas.
Hi Riki. If you go to the help pages, selling and fees in the menu bar at the top of this page you will find what you need. The fees for different types of property listings are there. Have a good look around in the help pages under selling and you can get a better idea of setting up your listing. https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360032007872-Property-fees
Hi Samantha. Just go to the post, make sure you are logged in and hit the big blue Unfollow box. If you are having trouble finding them track it back from your inbox to find and unfollow them. :)
Hi Ed. As S has mentioned any vehicle is generally paid for on the day it is collected. NZ Transport expect both parties to complete ownership change. Of course as a buyer if you haven't paid for the vehicle you don't own it, so cannot complete the forms until you have proof of ownership.
Hi. If you have clicked on an advertisement that appears around the edges of the site they are not affiliated with Trade Me. They are google generated ads. As Callum says, never give your credit card details as Trade me auctions deal with secure ping payments.
Items are unfortunately damaged in shipping. Happened to me recently and the buyer gave me all the photos I needed to send to the courier. Courier uplifted the item and refunded me after checking it all out. But before that happened I refunded the buyer as they did not get what they paid for in good faith. I'm not a big seller by the way, just trying to make ends meet and get rid of some stuff. It's a bit of a blow when something gets damaged but the right thing to do is follow through with buyer protection policy and sort it with the buyer in the best possible way. If this doesn't happen i...
Hi. At the top of this page by Help Centre heading are links to advice in help pages. In selling and fees you can find this... https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360052504092-Editing-a-live-listing
Hi Michael. Your offer applies to the listing as you have set it up. So if you haven't included shipping in your auction (ie to be arranged), then the offer does not include shipping.
