Hi. Using desktop, if you cannot find your brand, don't click on anything in the selection. Click on the blank space to the right outside the box and it should show no brand and you can just add it in your description. Hopefully this still works.

Yes. Yesterday I had the same. System is a bit slow sometimes. They have always reappeared for me if I wait an hour or so.

This was brought up in other posts over a month ago. Some of which have disappeared. I would have thought this problem might be fixed by now. To contact trade me staff ask the bot to leave a message for the team. You can also do tell us what you think at the bottom of trade me pages. I've added a link to a post from a month ago about this issue below, but trade me has dropped it into pending to be checked by them as it is a link. Even though it is a trade me link. Weird.

And before you say it I can not use My Products. Someone showed me through it but many areas of the format are very small and it strains my vision too much.
