In possession means they are here, right now, and you can physically put you hands on them. If the goods are overseas and you are here you are not 'in possession' of them by law. That is the definition of drop shipping.
Try not to stress too much about this. At least you have your money back. The store was honest in that regard. There are many reasons why they no longer have what you purchased. It got lost, (they go to get it in their warehouse after purchase & it's just not there) or they ran out of stock, someone listed in error. Or, with covid they could no longer get the stock? You cannot do anything about deleted feedback, but, like I said before, they were honest enough to refund you. This has happened to me as well, I was glad to have my money back so I could look elsewhere for what I needed.
This shipping being an estimate bothers me. Hi. Yep, that is the new shipping format trade me have put on for the new look site.
Hi gclare. Yes the new look changes and loss of some functions for short OR long periods of time have most certainly made things difficult! All the best :)
Hi gclare. Please be aware if your listing are now in the new look trade me they won't be able to be imported to my products. They will need to be fully created again. Please see the post below with the information provided from trade me staff Michelle. https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/community/posts/16126493077135-Is-MP-going-to-be-discontinued?page=1#community_comment_16150697277583
James, you asked questions on another post. You are the only one who can add or delete your bank account. See the link to the help page to show you how. https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360007264411-Transfer-out-your-Ping-balance And here is the other one to change your username https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/12782443587599-Change-username So have a good look through the help pages. If you cannot find what you need type it into the search box at the top of the page ie how to delete old bank account. It will help set up your info and auctions.
Thanks Michelle, appreciate the info and explanation. If I create a new listing and strike any issues I'll let you know.
