I've never found people paying by ping to be more difficult. Quite the opposite actually. The buyers I've had pay by ping recently were really polite and nice to communicate with. You can tick cash for pick up options if you wish. That is still accepted.
Hi Beryl. Deleting your won item won't remove the feedback so don't do that. I'm not sure why the help page is not working for you? If you go to the top of this page and click on buying and selling you will then find the feedback option in help. give it another try perhaps?
Hi Kim. If the seller has found the item is faulty and it hasn't been sent yet I would count that as a lucky save. Have you paid?? If you haven't paid, very easy to say ok, a bit disappointed but thanks for letting me know and just move on. If you have paid ask for a refund quickly. It doesn't make much difference if they are selling for someone else, happens sometimes :) Have a good Christmas.
Hi Samantha. Just go to the post, make sure you are logged in and hit the big blue Unfollow box. If you are having trouble finding them track it back from your inbox to find and unfollow them. :)
Hi Ed. As S has mentioned any vehicle is generally paid for on the day it is collected. NZ Transport expect both parties to complete ownership change. Of course as a buyer if you haven't paid for the vehicle you don't own it, so cannot complete the forms until you have proof of ownership.
Hi Michael. Your offer applies to the listing as you have set it up. So if you haven't included shipping in your auction (ie to be arranged), then the offer does not include shipping.
Hi Chris. The last logged in thingo is only triggered if you use the desktop site. If people only log in on various Apps on mobile etc or only respond to messages on their phone they don't show as a login. Looks odd doesn't it. Does pay to check the desktop site now and again for security I think.
Hi David. Have you seen the following help page on placing an auto bid? It shows the how to on desktop new look site and the apps. https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360007263411-Placing-a-bid I got confused about the order to 'push the buttons' once and did the same as you. I still have to go and check this page if I am going to auto bid as I hardly ever do it!
Simple answer is you cannot. In your settings the email is attached to 'your account', not individual auctions. It's also a security thing so others cannot misuse your account.
It's also easier to remove the bid as they have requested before the auction ends. Someone else who wants the item can win it and pay you ! :) without the fight you may have from the party who didn't want it in the first place. And you have to relist all over again, ask for your success fees back, maybe get bad feedback.... etc.
