Yes it's amazing how many I have had over the years who say their parcel hasn't arrived and once they realise I don't refund or replace without further investigation (lodging a missing post query) the parcel mysteriously turns up.  I've had a couple who found it 'tucked' at the back of the letterbox, one said the neighbour had just turned up with it as they'd seen it sticking out of the letterbox a few days earlier.  Family member had brought it in and not informed them.  Sorry but I'm quite cynical now.  I have another telling me they haven't got their parcel which tracking shows was deliv...
