A similar thing was reported to me by someone attempting to bid on one of my listings. I sent Trade Me screenshots from her email and they were looking into it. Maybe not an isolated incident?
I think it's 45 days.
Have you voiced your concerns to Trade Me via Live Chat?
As S says get in touch with Trade Me and ask them for help - it usually works wonders.
Seems like there might be a bug in the system. I had a similar experience where the success fees were refunded, however 'refund denied' is showing when I scroll through the sale listing.
If you go down the bottom of any page to 'Contact Us' and use the pull-down menu, live chat will come up.
If you can't book a courier, I suggest trying the NZ Post website and booking there (it is tracked) and if you can't do it there just wait until they get in touch with you. Don't get stressed about it, you've done all that you can do.
You can always check the postcode on the NZ Post website. :)
Robyn, you make a very good point about the time wasted in trying to implement the shipping options. Not to mention the flak that you get when a buyer doesn't understand them.
The new template is completely unfit for purpose and ill-thought out.
