Hi there everyone. Sorry to read this. It's such a pain when emails you rely on aren't received. From time to time, some email clients may filter messages from us to your Junk or Spam folder – especially if you’ve got a number of notifications about Watchlist items coming to you daily. It sounds strange but this can happen all of a sudden, even if you've been receiving them just fine for a long time. It’s a good idea to add @trademe.co.nz to your safe sender list so you don’t miss anything. Hopefully that will do the trick.
Hi Kodie, I saw your most recent post and have moved this original one back into Community. It had been archived since there had been no additional comments on it for a week from anyone which suggested the issue had resolved.

Hi Mark. If there is a particular listing you'd like to look up, you can enter the listing number (which you might have on an email) into the search bar. Otherwise, if you have no record of the listing number, feel free to contact us on email or chat and we can find that for you.
Kia ora Milan. Due to a recent update, Q cards are no longer supported via Ping. This means you'll need to use another payment method or a different card (Q Mastercard is still accepted). If there is any change to this, I'll update this post. Thanks.
Thanks for posting Peter and Neil. When a courier is booked, the cost is based on the buyer’s delivery address so from time to time it can be a bit higher (or lower!) than the quote given, since their address is unknown when the estimates are generated. You can contact us about specific examples of this through email or chat, or you can reach out to the buyer about paying the difference on the basis that the quoted price was an estimate.
Hi Heather, our Buying guide does in fact suggest using quotation marks to help refine a search.
