I'll edit my comment so it is clearer however on the basis that the additional information regarding the buyer's location can (on occasion) understandably and reasonably alter the price (up or down), it isn't entirely incorrect to use the word 'quote'. However, for clarity, yes they are estimates. As set out above and in other posts, in the event that you encounter this, get in touch and we can look into it for you.
Hi Neil, the prices when adding Book a Courier to listings are just estimates. Before the item sells, we don't know where it will be sent ultimately and the cost is dependent on the buyer's location. The estimates provided are ordinarily the same, or only just a little more or less. If you experience that again, let us know.
Hi Christopher. There are some instructions here for how you can edit a listing (including deleting a photo) across the various platforms.
Hi Mr T, have you added these addresses to your safe senders list? mailer@trademe.co.nznoreply@trademe.co.nzsupport@trademe.co.nz Give that a try and see if it makes any difference. If it doesn't, reach out on Live Chat and we can investigate for you.
Hi Chris, that auction did close on 5 December. The notification will have been sent to your other email address since that was before you made the change.
Hi Chris, it still looks like those emails from last night are still being marked as spam. I'll just get you to double check that the mailer@trademe.co.nz address is definitely on your safe sender list. Also have a look in your Junk folder and see if those have gone there. As for the time stamp issue - wow! That's a strange one. If you get a new question to answer, try restarting your computer before you do so. If it happens again after that, I'd want you to jump on Live Chat and speak to one of our agents so we can investigate directly.
Hi Chris, thanks for posting. I can see we have attempted to send those emails but they are being marked as spam so are either going to your junk folder or being deleted instantly. The fix for this will be to add the following addresses to your safe senders list: mailer@trademe.co.nznoreply@trademe.co.nzsupport@trademe.co.nz Let me know how you get on!
Live Chat is operating right now and would be the fastest way to get things underway with this. Click here and you will be directed to the Contact us page. At the bottom right, you will see a blue chat bubble you can click on to be connected with a team member right away. Here's an image to show you what it looks like:
Kia ora Kieran. Yvonne's advice was spot on and for this category you need to use the desktop site. I'm sorry you haven't heard back from our team after trying to get in touch. You can use Chat to speak to someone right away.
Hi there everyone. Sorry to read this. It's such a pain when emails you rely on aren't received. From time to time, some email clients may filter messages from us to your Junk or Spam folder – especially if you’ve got a number of notifications about Watchlist items coming to you daily. It sounds strange but this can happen all of a sudden, even if you've been receiving them just fine for a long time. It’s a good idea to add @trademe.co.nz to your safe sender list so you don’t miss anything. Hopefully that will do the trick.
