Hi Laurie, awesome to read you've sold your vehicle! We have a Help page here showing how to withdraw a listing so that should do the trick.
Hi Lynda, you can edit your bank account in your payment instructions by clicking here – just enter the new info. If you want to change or add your bank account on Ping, you can do that here.
Hi Donna, thanks for reaching out. Sorry to read about the issue you were having but I can see you started some listings over the weekend – looks like you've got that sorted now which is terrific!
Kia ora Pat. I can see that the team has emailed you and are waiting to hear back from you. You can reply directly to that email with the info they've asked for, and they'll be able to help.
Hi David, sorry to read that there have been problems getting that postage paid. If you contact the team on Live Chat, they will be able to reach out to the buyer for you. The will also review the buyer's feedback and take any appropriate action required.
Thanks Nicolo for confirming that - it was a longshot but I had hoped that it might help. Having now looked through current issues, this does actually appear to be a known bug. I'm sorry to say that I don't have any indication of when a fix will be available, so unfortunately you might have to rely on some manual searches for the ones that have stopped sending. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this will be causing you and anyone else that is missing these notifications. As and when there is any news on a workaround or fix, I'll be sure to let you know on here.
Sold, Unsold and Won are all archived after 45 days on your Trade Me account. Lost items also drop from your My Trade Me page at 45 days. If you need to get the listing details of anything you've Won or that you've listed which has been archived, and you can't find the info on your confirmation emails, you can check out this Help page on how to request an account summary.
Thanks everyone for contributing here. We're grateful to anyone who reports either listings or traders to us - it's very helpful when you spot something and let us know. In addition to that, we have some other methods and tools for monitoring feedback. We also have processes we follow regarding those who are striving to improve their feedback, or simply not improving where they need to. I'll pass on the suggestion made here by Gary. It may well be one of the behind-the-scenes things that we already do, but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks!
Hi Estefania! Because the old listing will have been archived, you won't find it in your Unsold folder. Have a search through your emails and see if you can find the listing number in a confirmation message from us. If you locate that you can pop it into the search bar on Trade Me to view the expired listing, copy it and start it again. If you can't find the listing number or other identifying info for it, get in touch with us and we can help.
Hi Nicole. You should be able to edit your listing from the listing page without any trouble. There are some things that you can't edit once the classified is up and running so that may be where you're run into trouble. Might be a good idea to get in touch with us directly so we can look into that for you if you're still having issues.
