Apologies for that - that will be because the link was listing-specific for signed in Gary. 'Items I'm selling' from My Trade Me will also give the option to 'Edit quantity and price'.Â
Kia ora Gary - I answered a moment ago before realising I was wrong!The listings closed because someone hit Buy Now and completed the purchases. The same thing will happen with the current listing also since you have the quantity set to 1. You need to edit the quantity on the listing - you can do that by logging in and clicking here.
Kia ora Richard, we can refund you the Trade Me account top up back to your card. You don't need to top up your Ping account to use that payment method - just use your card for any purchase that offers Ping and it will be processed through the system.

Kia ora Name. It looks as though that success fee was in fact refunded - I'm not sure why says declined. I'll be getting that investigated and let you know. Callum - is that fee of yours showing as declined but has been refunded?Â

Hi Diana, you don't need to purchase or sell with your Trade Me account - you just need to log in. It looks as if you've done that now so your account won't be closing. If you get any other messages to say it will be, or if you wish to discuss anything else, you can use Live chat to speak to an agent right away. 🙂
