Hiya, this will be because your Ping account is already enabled for automatic transfers out to your nominated bank account. If you'd rather transfer out manually, you can head here to Manage Ping and switch off that option. After you've done that, you'll no longer get that 'ad hoc' message and your Ping funds will stay in there until you hit the 'Transfer out' button.

Hi Miles, if you're using a desktop, you can post the picture using the formatting tool bar at the top of the comment box. If you're using a mobile device, open the menu options when viewing this page and tap on 'Desktop site'. The page will reload and that will load the tool bar for you to add the image.

Hi everyone, for those of you experiencing this on Android, there is a fix for this issue that is available on the latest app update. Remove and reinstall the latest version and this should be all good.

Hi Nicola,You're able to send a fixed price offer out to the under-bidders and watchers if that buyer still hasn't completed the trade. Check out the Help page and also Gary's helpful post here on Community for more info.

If you head over to this page and look for the blue chat box, you can chat with someone in real time who can look into this for you. You'll just need to let them know which of your auctions this is happening on and they can take things from there.

From time to time, we do get in touch with members through email when we need some extra verification info about a payment or a transfer when using Ping. That email you received was legitimate and did come from us. Great to see you take your online security seriously and wanted to run it by us first. Card payments made on Trade Me are processed through Ping. And while you might not have used it before, you do have a Ping account as part of your Trade Me account. It looks like you've been in touch about this over email now too which is great...
