Hi Victoria, if you click on the 'Setup payment instructions' button, it will take you to the details that you currently have saved.
Hi Ian, thanks for posting. I think your idea to add more detail to your shipping options is a good one. Giving as much info as possible is likely to help in avoiding any confusion for buyers. If that does happen again though, you can reach out to us on email or chat so we can follow up directly with the buyer about paying the difference.
Kia ora Jo. We do read these posts and comments, and this feedback has been passed to the Content team. 😊 Thanks to Gary for the wonderful guidance here. ❤️
Thanks everyone. I'll flag this with the Content team to review the wording on the Help article.
Kia ora Victoria. Can you share the listing number for that one please?
Hi Brian, feel free to get in touch with our team using Chat and they can help you out with that. You won't have to pay twice for your listing. 🙂
Kia ora Brent. Sorry to read you've had a disappointment there. If bids were being placed in the final moments of the auction as you've described, this would be a case of auto-extend. If it doesn't look like it is from the bidding history, you can get in touch on Chat as S has set out above and we can look into it for you. 🙂
Kia ora everyone. Thanks for adding to this post. I'm passing on these reports to the team and I'll be here to update you when there's anything to share. 🙂
Kia ora Narlene, thanks for posting. Yes, get in touch and the team will see what they can do to help.
Kia ora T. When the leading bid gets to between $200 and $1,000 on any auction, the minimum bid increment is $5. You can read about that here. Your maximum autobid was over $200 so when the auction got to that amount, that new increment kicked in.
