If you head to our help page on top-ups, you'll be able to see the different methods we have for popping credit into your Trade Me accountIf you're having trouble using the app, it might be worth a try to use the website instead. If you head to My Trade Me, then to the add credit section you can use your card. Head here while logged in to make things easier
