I purchased a dryer from a wellington “in trade” trader and the seller offered free delivery and trade me offered a guarantee if I paid by ping. So I purchased but did not receive the dryer. I put a complaint into trademe; the reply was I needed to give the trader more time, which I did then resent the complaint. Trademe then advised the complaint was closed their end because they hadn’t heard from me,?! So I then reactivated the complaint and have heard nothing.
