Hi everyone, I requested a Ping withdrawal of $1,222.62 on 19 October and completed the First AML identity verification on the same day. However, I still haven't received my money, and my account continues to show "Identity verification: In-progress". I've contacted Trade Me support several times but haven't received any response.
