However, my account still shows "Identity verification: In-progress". My Ping balance is $0.00, and my withdrawal of $1,222.62 still hasn't arrived in my ANZ bank account. Could you please tell me how long identity verification normally takes? Once it is approved, how long will it take for my money to arrive?
