I finally got an email from them after so long. Hopefully this time my payment comes through.
My $1,760 Ping withdrawal was cancelled on 19 October without any explanation, despite submitting my identity verification on 14 October. I’ve contacted Trade Me support multiple times, but nobody has replied or called me. It’s now 25 October, and my money is still stuck in my Ping balance. I’m flying overseas on 28 October and urgently need access to my funds. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I need someone from Trade Me to escalate this immediately and resolve the issue before my flight.
