Hi, I’m hoping a Trade Me staff member can please look into this or advise what I should do next. I completed my identity verification on Sunday, but it is now Thursday and it is still showing “Identity verification in progress.” I also withdrew money from my Ping balance to my bank account on Sunday, and I’m concerned that the withdrawal may be delayed because the identity verification is still pending.
