I have a listing for a product that I have stock of. I want to promote it. My product is only $14. So if I pay the $9.95 best promotion option, will I be charged $9.95 every time I re-list when one sells? Or is it a one time fee that lasts no matter how many sell? I have not been able to find the answer. Please help. Thanks
