Hi,. I bought an item on December 15th, and paid via Ping. Not a small amount - $520. I contacted the seller multiple times without response before contacting Trade Me to file a dispute. I filed a dispute and got told to wait a week. Nothing a week later and then got told to wait another 3 days. Nothing then. Have since only had automated emails asking me if it resolved yet - it is not. Why is Trade Me not arranging a refund? How can I get my money back? As Trade Me is facilitating this stolen money.
