Hi Michelle I followed your link( I still haven't heard from them) and ended up on this page ( ttps://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360007001212-No-contact-from-the-buyer-or-seller ), which was unhelpful in my case. Is there an alternative way to put someone in contact with the buyer?
Hi, my item sold on Tuesday morning. They have paid, and I sent them a confirmation email just after. When I went to book a courier, I found that the shipping fee they had paid was incorrect for their address. It doesn't come close to covering the shipping, so I sent them another email asking how they would like to proceed. Yesterday, I sent a third email, and I still haven't received a response. The item is boxed up and ready to go. I'm wondering if I'm landing in their spam folder... would love some guidance?
