Hi,  exactly two weeks ago now I sold an item to a buyer and have been in contact with the buyer though email about payment and shipping. They told me they would pay it last week but haven't yet. I've tried to follow up with them but they haven't responded. What should I do?  I have read the "Problems communicating with the buyer" article and its says I should contact trade me but when I go onto the link it has for that it doesn't actually take me to anywhere I can contact trade me. I'm am a little lost as to what to do here.
