I’ve accepted an offer for a listing but subsequently have changed my mind about selling the item as I’ve realised I need to keep it. There has been no monetary transaction of any sort but the buyer is insistent that we have some sort of contract as per trade me rules (which I haven’t been able to find). Could someone please clarify this?
