Hi allI have been having the same issues with communication and contacting them.I see people suggest using the contact page and local depot contact etc.These are a waste of time as is the phone number. All these go to international systems and the Philippines. Anything logged with these tools does not make its way to NZ as the systems are disconnected.Doesn't solve our problems, but I just wanted you to know.
