So i have a bus for sale someone has bidded on it multiple times won it and has not replied to any emails or messages on the trade me site their feedback implies that they do this often and dont follow through with purchases from my understanding by bidding they are entering a contract via trade me for the purchase of the listing just wandering how i go about it now if i have to re list will i need to pay the listing fee again i see i can apply for the success fee return but cant find anything about the listing fee
