I cannot believe Trade me have not resolved this issue that has been around for over 1 year!!!  This is appalling.  Their solution, relist and then refund.  How is that sustainable for them!!!!!  They need to up their game, particularly with other selling platforms, much easier to deal with.  If not selling on behalf of a person I would not use Trade me EVER!!  Their 'help' service takes days to respond.
