Latest case in point: when you booked a courier you got a nice overview at the end. Simple screenshot for your records.

Now Trademe mucked it up. Each separate piece of information is hidden behind a + sign, and clicking on another + sign closes the first one.

HOW IS HAVING TO CLICK MORE MAKE LIFE EASIER?

HINT: IT DOESN'T!

I'm flabbergasted at the idiocy on display - because THAT is just idiotic busywork with a negative impact factor on the users.
